Our industrial model G-3 Turbon does not possess similar in the market, being the only national one with function 4 in 1, producing 4 cartridges simultaneously, being 3 black color and 1 colored.
The whole process of recharge of the Black cartridges (with diaphragm) is accomplished by the maze, maximizing this way it useful life.
Indication
The G-3 Turbon is more indicated for bigger volumes of recharge, having double production in a small place.
Advantage
This machine is only 4 in 1 in Brazil (It produces 4 cartridges simultaneously).
Industrial G-3 Turbon Characteristics
:: It washes, simultaneously loads, recharges and pressurizes all the colored and black color ink jet cartridges of the market, all the existing marks and models in Brazil and the world;
:: It offers Double Production, processing two cartridges at the same time of series 400/500/600/700/800/900/1200;
:: It produces two cartridges Black and Color simultaneously being: Lexmark, Xerox, Canon, Epson, and new models 27 and 28 HP;

Production
G-3 Turbon produces 90 cartridges in one hour and 17,800 in one month (500/600/800 Black Series Cartridge). G-3 Turbon processes 15 cartridges in one hour, or either, more than 2,880 for month (600/800 Collor Series Cartridge).
Note: Calculations had been made in an continuous production of 8 daily hours in 24 working days in the month.

Free Training
Training Duration is 3 to 5 working days (optional). In this training the pupil receives a DVD with 2 hours duration, as well as all theoretical and practical instructions step by step to operate the cartridges recharge of the all models in the market.
Cartridges Unstopping
We use a cleanness process of impression head without any chemical product. It was evidenced that chemical agents presence damage the cartridge useful life, beyond the operator health, because these products are made with ammonia.

Important!
All the current ink jet printers of the market (any brand) use cartridges formed with foam. Because it, our machines don't operate with recharge to vacuous. The impression heads are very fragiles and the use of the vacuum elevated the damages to them.
