Our industrial model G-3 Plus is distinguished for being best seller. It is the only one in the national market with capacity to produce 3 cartridges simultaneously, being two black color and one coloring.
This machine also has Double Station of Recharge, allowing bigger production. Moreover, the whole process of recharge of the Black cartridges (with diaphragm) is accomplished by the maze, maximizing this way it useful life.
Industrial G-3 Plus Characteristics
:: It washes, loads, recharges and pressurizes simultaneously all black and colored ink jet cartridges of the national and world-wide market.
:: It produces cartridges of the Series: 400/500/600/800/900/1200, 27 and 28 HP;

Production
G-3 Plus Model processes 48 cartridges in one hour or 9,216 for month of the 500/600/800 Black Series. For the 600/800 Series Collor, G-3 Plus processes 15 cartridges in one hour or 2,880 for month.
Note: Calculations had been made in an continuous production of 8 daily hours in 24 working days in the month.

Free Training
Training Duration is 3 to 5 working days (optional). In this training the pupil receives a DVD with 2 hours duration, as well as all theoretical and practical instructions step by step to operate the cartridges recharge of the all models in the market.
Cartridges Unstopping
We use a cleanness process of impression head without any chemical product. It was evidenced that chemical agents presence damage the cartridge useful life, beyond the operator health, because these products are made with ammonia.

Important!
All the current ink jet printers of the market (any brand) use cartridges formed with foam. Because it, our machines don't operate with recharge to vacuous. The impression heads are very fragiles and the use of the vacuum elevated the damages to them.
